i was just on this website..... http://www.bartcop.com/0388.htm and there is this pic of this 19 year old kid 3/4 of the way down and the caption says..... At 6:00 pm my kid (Jarret - age 19- who I have been 'raising' for 5 years) went into the
Guinness Book of World Records as the first person to EVER do a back flip on a SCOOTER.

since when is 27 old? Basically everyone who rides scooters is pretty young really. All these kids like 14-17.....Thats a huge majority of riders. All young.
