The fact that the lips along the bottom of the headtube are cracked make me wonder if you actually had all the bolts in.. I don't really see any way that those could crack that badly without the bolts shearing off.

edit: I'm willing to bet you only had the center bolt in

And to everyone saying it's a fail, EVERY SINGLE DECK OUT THERE can break, the fact that murphy beat this deck to hell is a testament to it's strength
