still not bad, half a year for a 90 dollar deck(well i got mine for 89) isnt bad at all. i love mine, but it is cracked at the bottom of the welds, has held up like that for a month hahasince january, I mostly rode flyout and did stairs/drops

no you only ride flyout...
Actually really good for a $90 dollar deck. They remind me of a phoenix. A cheaper, chinese phoenix.
I've ridden street for most of my envy's life and to be honest, it's still truckin hard with all these cracks. Too bad they don't make a "street" version of the envy with boxed sides although. 50-50s are possible with this deck, but not the most locked in thing ever.
If you want a cheap deck, go for an envy. But street seems to rip it a new one. The dropouts grinded out pretty quickly, I'm getting the dents in mine atm, and it's headtube doesn't like drops haha.
Doesn't banana too much compared to my last lucky pro deck. But still has banana'd a bit.
That's not a $90 deck though, its $160. Its not the same, either, the headtube is extremely different. He's talking an Envy deck with a boxed extrustion. They do make a street version of the envy. Ace of spades v2 street.
bars bent to shit after one month... smh
back to razor bars for me
i dont think the picture does it justice... they are not rideable
edit: would it be a bad idea to give em a smack with a hammer? like idgaf about them anymore but its worth a shot right?
same thing happened to mine dude and I barely ride hard.
I told the owner to think about reinforcements and he always thinks about it but Grit parts are on the come up. the decks are getting better and the Vader bars are pretty swell. they just have really shit designs and their forks suck. the wheels on the other hand are fairly good. I've managed to ride a few pairs down to nothing and only fucked one up but that was due to shitty powerslides and lots and sketchiness haha.
yeah grit is new but i belive they have lots of potential. and you're right that the wheels are really nice. decks are meh yet affordable and forks are whack in my opinion. im deffinitly kicking myself in the ass for not getting the other grit t-bars with the small gussets and gjdadj, i would go through all that non-sense cause i have the tools but im sending them back, plus im getting an almost entirely new setup later today
