I'm sorry to hear it. I hate to say that myself and at least 3 others have had bad customer service from Inward. Even just poor attitudes. Needless to say, I won't ever buy there again.

well when they fucked up my order, (i ordered tilt chromos, got razor axles) i called them right away and although the guy wasnt super enthusiastic, he did apolagize and sent a new pair out the same day even though it was already like 5 oclock and they came in 2 days.

That guys a asshole he lives about 20 miles from me and try to tell me that grip tape is suppose to be a half a inch smaller on each side of the width so it wont come off. And i have been scootering for 6 years longer then inward has been in existence.
And he woudnt send me new grip tape so i had to buy more but not from inward, never buying from there again.
He thinks he knows everything about scootering when he doesnt.
