there is a video of the fatal jump, but it is in a social network, which you are most likely not a member of
it's from normal use, the wheel was laying almost horizontally, that's why the left(on a picture) drop out is so bent in

its a first the other ones were modified in some way like the one with the headtube cutout took the strees off that spot causing it to break so this is the first REAL district v2i snap

The main problem was that the addict bolts were super thin to save weight, so a normal bolt or axle should work just fine.
