i got exaust, headers, intake, blue neons (inside and out), coilovers(not installed yet)(coilovers make your car low btw)

it is illegal to have blue or red neons outside of the car in any state
you can have any color other than that
on the inside of the car you cants have bigger than a 4 inch neon bulf above the windows (excessive lighting)
i got pulled over 12 times for them so far
you can have them legally when your in parking lots or driving under 5 mph(basically a parking lot)

i wanted to get my car up to 255 horse power before i did exterior shit too
im at about 250 now lol it came stock with 210
so ima get a spoiler next than get it lowered than maybe rims
any ideas on what rims/color??
