Weld myself. My uncles got a MIG. The only thing i need is a tool to bend metal. Then i can make bars like batwings and addict/district with bends in the crossbar and backsweep

You can Mig weld bars- and yes you can Mig weld 4130

you can use any glue, i used pva and its heaps good, its easier to sand, make sure the threads are flush with the forktube and spray it afterwards and it'll work good

Thanks!its drying now and will have to over night but tomorow i got a heck of alot of sanding to do haha but it looks like its gonna turn out good after i do

Electric sander dude! It took me 10 minutes to sand my fork.

just finished, turned out pretty good, you can see the tops of the treads in some parts but it will wiork
