I was almost about to do that like a week ago but I realized I need a longer HIC shim, nice stuff Ace!

I just made a 40mm(1 5/8") flexfender. Alluminium, no nuts required just two bolts. Probably strip really quickly though. Has a bit of inner tube glued to it as a vibration dampener. I can get pics, but they'll be webcam (until I get my camera from my dads). If people are interested I MIGHT be able to make some and sell them, but only 2-3.

Yeah anD they have way to much stopping power. I like switchblades cuz they barely stop you or a fixed fender

aliinium snap or bend within a week make steel ones

I know im playing around with materials, im trying stainless, Polished Gal Steel and was going to try some hardened stuff that i can get, but thought it may have problems with the "flex" part. Ive just got to wait for a scooter to try them on.
