Some people bye phoenixes for 800$ and some just bye a rusty 2$ scooter from a garage sale. I want to hear about peoples first scooters and what mods they gave em... ill start
my first scooter was a 40$ jd bug... i got annoyed at the fact that whenever i went to tail whip the bars came up higher because they were "adjustable". so i bought some T bars that where too big for the forks so i bought a quad clamp (that i still use on my on my backup scooter) that would hopefully hold it in place... but it didn't so i bought 3 razor pro double clamps... still not holding.. so i bought 3 more and put em on and finally it held in place.
Wonderful... i thought i had a good scooter until my jd bug wheels got de rimed. i spent all my money on clamps and only had enough money for a roller blade wheel... it was actually pretty good for whips. i ran that for about 1 year until my deck snapped.
Then i bought a razor pro (149$) thats another story...
every one has there own story and i want to hear them!!!!
