Thats why I don't want to get a mat box for my camera, I dont want to deal with the fucking rails and shoulder mounts.

I hope to god if you have rails, matte box, follow focus + more your not stupid enough to use a shoulder mount. Tripods, steady cams, dollys ect... for that amount of equipment.

People use shoulder mounts man, I don't know why, but they must have some crazy upper body strength.

I'd never fuck with one. I got twig arms, i get tired holding my DVX for 15 minutes, shoulder mount won't help me much.
