The griptape on the brake will melt into a sticky pile the first time you brake.

TomK props to Tilt that fork looks really good plus it about damn time those style of threaded compression caps are used on scooters too.

My next fork if ill ever need a new one since my SenioR is doing great

One of my brakes came gripped and it melted off after about two uses. It is a stupid idea, for sure.
