If you're team manager for am, and you don't have any additional team benefits compared to am riders, then it isn't worth being TM. That's like me having a job requiring 10x more work than you, but we get the same pay. Personally, I'd email them questioning it. I'm sure they'd understand that you'd request something for what you're doing for them.
