Today we had perfect weather to get some work done outside the house and get some fresh air. I cut my Sledge deck some neat fastback dropouts and made myself a plastic footfender out of an old Addict "brake". Seems like a politely solid result on the first go, but I guess I'll see how this performs when it hits some real riding conditions, like an indoor park or a bowl or such.

# haven't used powertools in a while, ahh, such bliss

Thank you for sharing this, Madis. It inspired me to do the same thing to my old addict brake I still had laying around. And although yours looks way better, I still think, mine will work too.
And just out of curiosity, what kind of tools did your use for the brake? I used a dremel that was probably running too fast, as it melted the plastic a couple of times...
