Haha maybe a cleaner setup but not better parts except for the bars i need new ones.

Ya, I can't fit the locknuts on there with the cap from the headset without my bars bein barely on there D:

Locknuts? You only have to put the one top smaller locknut in between the bars and headset.

Say his fork tube sticking out of the headtube is 1 inch.
His upper headset cup takes like .5 inches of space.
That leaves .5 inches left, if he puts the locknut, he only has .25 inches that the bars go on. i prefer .5 than .25 but what he should do is remove the upper cup and put the locknut on.
