yeah, you would have to drill it out, but you can run an ICS bolt thru the fork, and screw a nut onto the bolt, ontop of the compression cap.
thats the way i would do it,

white nitro stock except grips,(shadow conspiracy) holes in deck under griptape and flex brake(pro deck cut up, finally good for something!)

blue prototype nitro
rad bars(3 years old)
nitro forks, headset and clamp
downside wheels w/ modus bearings
snapped phoenix brake and nickeh is borrowing my grips.
