no the hole drilled in about 45 seconds, with a good drill bit. i drilled it about 1 cm away from where the deck ends, and put some innertube cut out as a vibe dampener

Haha yea, I did the same but without the innertube deal. Did you try putting a spring brake in? Because when I put mine in it sat way to low.

And you dont hear anyone bagging on blunt for the AOS deck looking so much like a phoenix or Madd making bars that look alot like crows.
Scootering has alot of variety in parts unlike bmx or skating, some are similar some arnt just buy what you want.
