i have 2 scooters...... that ive earned from hard work and proggresing in the sport, so yes i can afford parts, aldo its a dick move to bash on someones financial status, if this continues i say it is setteled with a game of scoot

topnotchwheels are bought from a shop that makes all scooter parts, the ebay person bought them in hundreds so it was alot cheaper for them.
also the conversation had to do about riding skill and expensive scooters.
so no i was not owned
