More than likely, yes.
Ralph says hot glue doesnt bond well to it though

Tape doesn't. They are coated in what ever they make the to separate the wheel from the mold so putting tape on the hub is impossible. If you ride mostly street I wouldn't suggest them, but they are the best for park IMO.
