Well if the second clamp isn't doing anything it wont make a difference if I take it off or not.

no its not, a quad clamp is 4 clamps, scs is compression which is not a quad clamp. Blunt and some other company's make quad clamps so your explaining wrong.

You're 100% WRONG. A QUAD clamp is a QUAD clamp. An SCS is a compression system.
