And I agree that the material is put there for a reason, companies want to make their parts strong enough to suit a large range of riding styles, from brutes to tech people and everything in between. I just know how hard I am on my scooter, and know my own limits. I have a pretty good grip on the structural integrity of metal and machining it. That's the only reason I do what I do. this is why i do what i do, it also helps with future development so we can take them (scooters) to the next level of engineering which will only benefit us
