I would ride baby scs over HIC, and HIC over normal scs though

This is how I think. I don't have money for a baby SCS and my new bars came with HIC so I just sold my SCS and am running HIC. It's pretty nice. Light and stays tight for awhile. I have to tighten my headset down every once in awhile just because I'm using a ghetto bolt fashioned out of the female end of a razor backaxel. It's pretty dope though.
