It's a close call, The flights concave is really the only thing I like but I can live without it the Phoenix Hta angle is a lot better for me.

nope, the bars wouldn't fit over the forks.

this^ because its alu the bars need to be thicker so it would be like 1 inch id and 1-1/4 od.
