I'm 5' 9 and I ride 22 high and it feels nice, whenever I try 23 it feels super super high but I know it would be better so I'll probably do that.

im 5'9 too, i used to ride 22 20, and when i switched to 23 20, it was wayyy more comfy. but, its all preference.

i switched from 22 high to 21 high just because lower bars are easier for bri's and fingerwhips.

yeah fucks your back over tho, i can bri flat my ninja and its like 4kg or like 8lb? idk, i'm 5 11 and i have 21 high at the moment and it hurts to ride after a while

You dont need replacement spacers. the spacers that come with are fine.

I have hollow techs, no. You just have to take the time to install them correctly since the slots are tight.
