Like I said a page before this one, I love the xtremegrip but I would never do full deck with it. Get creative and place it according to your stance. I have a few different stances depending on the trick but i'm mostly facing forward so I put them there but my whip stance is sideways typically so it works that way too.
I mean I have ridden in the rain with this thing once and had total control, it blew my mind. I hardly ever bother smacking my shoes to get water off them anymore

Anyways, that X grip stuff looks sick, but if it's anything like deck pins, that shit will absolutely destroy your shoes.
I'd have to disagree bud, I don't know if it's because I wear BMX shoes or not but these shoes have been though most of this year with deck pins and there is no wear other then friction wear from me using my feet to stop.

i use xtreme grip on all my snowskates. it doesnt destroy shoes at all. but its a great idea for scooters.
