You sanded the whole thing? Haha that must of sucked I sanded the headtube and the front and back dropouts. But thing was with my brake all you need to do is get to small washers and put them between the deck and the brake and it fits 110s

I've done it trust me. I've had 3 tsi's/tsi flexfenders.

trust me i had to bend my old one up 1-2mm and it took so long, theres no way its bending up
