your head set should stick up like this. Make sure there is clearance between your top cap and your head tube. Some head sets include a thin shim that goes on top of the wedge ring. This gives you clearance between the top cap and the head tube. Remember NEVER hit it with a hammer.

almost exactly the same tsi is like 1-2 ounce(s) heavier but feels way better than a district
