Got some new bars and a clamp. Also, I painted my forks black and rawed my wheels, but I'm going to do a couple more layers of paint and polish my wheels more. Comments?

Absolutely.
I can't stand when my scooter looks like I care what it looks like. I like my parts rusty and beat up, yet dialed. But that's just me.
