Never put spacers under a dust cover. That completely defeats the purpose of having one. It wouldn't change anything anyways.

but its better than having a wobbling headset. also it changes stuff sometimes depending on how sunk the intergrated bit of the deck is and how large the dustcap is

how much did the custom deck cost(the deck price and shipping, also how much did tax cost. please say the price of each seperatley as i want to know the price of a threshold purchase internationally)???

If your dust cover hits your deck, you're using the wrong dust cover. That wouldn't make your headset loose though. It would make your headset not spin at all once you tighten it down.
