Na, TILT forks are great. Some alu forks are bad but then again so are some steel forks. Alu is just a terrible material to make a pair of bars out of.

I'm not saying tilt doesn't make some excellent parts, I'm just not sold on aluminum being totally safe, beefed up or not. I don't know why you'd want a FORK or BARS in aluminum... ever
the properties of alu = snappage
properties of steel = bend
the difference between stumbling and getting fucked up. Granted the fork tube is a solid block but I'll still take my chances elsewhere...
Yeah but no part is indestructible. you're pretty unlucky if you get fucked up from your forks snapping as most of the time they tend to snap backwards and steel parts still do snap. My mate has snapped TILT forks and bent his Thom Cat v2s so no matter what a part is made of it will break eventually.
