Youtube shouldn't have a dislike button.

It really pisses me off when I've worked on a video for quite a while and when i release it it gets like say 4 likes and 6 dislikes and no comments. I mean if you didn't like it, I would appreciate feedback about why you didn't like it.. I have a feeling it's some of my 'friends' that ride at my local but yeah.. I probably sound really childish saying this whole thing but it really ticks me off when you work really hard on something and people just dislike it for no apparent reason. Anyway let me know if you guys think I'm a complete idiot or if you agree with me

Thanks

I dislike videos when they offend me or I really don't like them.

I don't like or dislike videos when I just didn't like it.

serious note though:

Why not put in your description (near the top) "If you dislike the video, please leave a comment telling me what to improve on or how to make it better, thanks!"

Best you can do I think.
And what postema said, link to your video.
Lets us judge?

i see why people might dislike your videos
maybe if you improved a tad with your filming and editing and make it more
enticing. its really hard to like or finish to watch badly filmed and edited videos mate..
but people disliking your videos shouldnt be taken to heart. fuck what they think

1. Zoom in with the fisheye so that there's no vig or take it off.

2. Make the fisheye shots more dynamic or take it off because you're using the fisheye like you should be doing a long lense shot most of the time.

3. Get closer with the fisheye or take it off.

4. When in doubt, never shoot butt shots.

5. If the shot wasn't perfect, refilm it. Nobody is going to like a "muck around" video.

6. Get people out of the way when you're filming.

People disliking the videos should be a signal to you to improve the quality of your videos. Watch a video or two about how to film with a fisheye, take notes, and then go do it the right way.

I've seen plenty of skate videos and videos on how to film with fisheye.. like i said, most of the filming in those videos wasn't done by me. I have a new camera now anyway so I wont be using fisheye anymore.

well in some cases the dislike buttons useful, cos if you see a video with like 100000 + dislikes and like 1000- likes, theres obviously something fake/wrong with it
