Last.fm -
1- The Spill Canvas - Great band. Great Variety. Songs actually hold some meaning.
2 - Kisschasy - Great Local-ish band. Got some photos on their website/myspace. Some good exposure.
3 - Silversun Pickups - Easily one of my top bands [Not last-fmed(10th on lastfm)] First band i saw live, supporting snow patrol. They were so much better than Snow Patrol tbh. I've listened to them ever since. They are awesome :)
4 -Millencolin - One of the only Punk bands i like. Old stuff > New though.
5 - Bloc Party - The upbeat, meaningless songs make this band :)
6 - The Cribs - Don't know why they are so high? Hardly listen to them. But they are a great indie band :)

Underoath - I've been listening to They're Only Chasing Saftey and The Changing of Times so much lately, there both so good.

Emarosa - This is Your Way Out is so good, i'll probably stop listening to it in a few weeks though, and emarosa unless they bring their old singer back.

Pearl Jam - EDDIE!!!! Going to see them the 19th, so pumped.

Saosin - Translating the Name is so good, and i enjoy their acoustic stuff soooo much, especially when Anthony was still singing.

The Devil Wears Prada - I don't need a reason.

Modest Mouse - Has to be the great band to just chill to and listen to

Mozart Season - The EP is so good, i've been listening to it for months, and i hope they come out with a new one since their back togeather.

Phillip Glass is wild, he did the music in the movie Koyaanisqatsi (i can't believe i spelled that right, might be my first time) and its so good. If you guys remember the first GTAIV trailer with the orchestra type music in it, thats his work (the trailer pretty much is too since rockstar just recreated a scene from a the movie)

Modest Mouse- Their new album is seriously one of the best albums ive ever heard. I dont care if its way different than their old stuff, its great. They just know how to make appealing music with occassional humor (...is there an ashtray in here? ahah)

Interpol- Loved them ever since i first heard Obstacle 1 on SR years ago. New album was a letdown excluding Pioneer to the Falls and Rest my Chemistry and a few others. Either way, they have a place in my heart.

The Arcade Fire- Probably my favorite band ever. Funeral is the best album ever in my opinion. Neon Bible came dangerously close to as good. I have yet to meet a person who doesnt enjoy this band.

And some not as loved favorites-
The Fall of Troy-Great old stuff. Never gets old. New stuff is depressing though.
Placebo-As dan said. Solid. Like Every song has 3verses and 3 choruses but they still sound good.
Muse-Its muse. Great voice and great music.
etc.

Greeley Estates- Always has been my favorite band, their new cd called Go West Young Man, Let the Evil Go East, is there best CD since Caveat Emptor. There the nicest guys ever. If you go to warped tour this year, i HIGHLY suggest you go watch them.

Saosin- ever since i listened to their new ep i can't stop listening to them.

The Devil Wears Prada- no reason needed.

Blessthefall(OLD)- Before they kicked Craig out i liked them. But now their different without Craig.
