Has anybody ridden both who can compare?
Quicker steering on the zero offset and you don't have to worry about which way is forward... but does it make high speeds sketchy? Does it make it hard to keep the front end straight bombing down a hill? Or is it just for trickery? Are manuals easier? (I don't know what you scooter people call it - when you do a wheelie on your front wheel - like an endo)
Or are manuals easier on a ten degree ridden backwards? (or is that just retarded?)
I like the idea of having some offset, but I hate always checkin to see if I'm facing the right direction. I'd need to put an arrow sticker on my bars.
Is it as simple as offset for street and no offset for park? Do I have it all wrong? Any help would be appreciated, 'cause I'm about to build myself my dream scoot, and I don't care that I'm a noob - wait, I am not a noob, I just suck. I've been riding these things since the day I saw the first RAzor came out at Sharper Image, back in like 1999 - so not noobie, just a poseur who is trying to learn all about what's up.
