No headtube?
Why not post 360 degree view of the deck (multiple shots from all around)
would be better
with a complete deck btw

props, guys, but here's the deal. i don't think a tsi has broken in the dropouts. i'm almost sure that the neck is the ONLY place a tsi has broken.
i wouldn't say its stronger, but its definately mad legit

We do not have to notch the frame or the neck like TSI. The neck is the same thickness as the bottom of our deck. TSI uses 1/8in and then welds a added plate to just the bottom of neck to add strength. Ours are thicker on all four sides. For the record our first test deck was not heat treated and is still in use and has no signs of bending or cracking. Not many other decks will last not being heat treated. We tested for six months before even exposing our decks. ZG decks are the real deal!!!!

I have a ZG deck but the brake bolt i got with it wont go into a stock razor brake
and i dont know how to get it to work - Do you know how to get the brake in "You" as in anyone.

just because the dropouts are thicker doesn't prove anything, one piece decks break at the headtube, If you want to show that it is stronger than a tsi then make a stronger headtube. oh and js, but those holes make the deck look a bit sketchy

yes but it shows that they can't make it lighter without drilling holes everywhere

We can make them lighter buy using thinner materials, but than our head tubes would snap like many other companies. And there are other companies that drill hole in their necks for weight reduction. Our holes are in the top because thats where the least amount of stress is.
