Is it worth getting baby SCS If I have a QCS fork?

Isn't the QCS fork solid, but has a hole that's threaded in the middle? If so you should be able to trim it if you're careful not to mess up the threads, or just use spacers so you don't have to worry about that at all.

yeah mostly all bmx forks are internally threaded but you can still cut the steerertube down on them just fine.

Even if it's not threaded all the way, it's easy to drill the hole deeper and retap it. Cutting it shouldn't be a problem.

the only thing is that I'm not entirely sure if the baby scs will come loose or not, because it wouldnt have as much to thread into. I dont want spacers because they look ugly..i also dont want HIC cuz u need special bars lol

Like i said, if you turn out needing to cut the fork tube, simply drill it deeper before cutting so the drill is centered, then use the correct tap. Easy and can be done for like 5-10 bucks as long as you have access to a drill and something to cut the forks with.

the fork is hollow in the forktube, the starnut thread thing only goes like 2 inches

Ohhh, I thought the whole thing was solid as the rest of the fork looks that beefy haha. Well, you could always use a locknut on the bottom and a million ratchet extensions to hold it while tightening the scs, if the fork really needs to be cut that much. Or put a regular starnut it, once again depending how much you cut it. There's a few ways to go about rigging it with a bit of ingenuity.

ICS was my first threadless compression, and I'm not that experience in threadless ----- I dont wanna screw anything up...
