i havent heard of anything on these threads about my cracked pheonix but i see stuff like:broken tsi broken lucky and basically all other decks but not pheonix
any one broke or cracked a pheonix

Hey everyone....I wanted to let you all know that Phoenix decks ARE warrantied for 90 days and you will get a free replacement if yours breaks. We have had a few decks that have broken in the typical spot starting with a crack under the head tube and then the whole tube has broken.
I have and/or will replace any of our decks that break in the 90 days and if you are even within a few days of that, i will still honor our warranty.
If you have a problem with your Phoenix deck please just contact me at info@phoenixproscooters.com and i will get you taken care of.
