umm 360 bar or truckdriver, whatever you want to call it, i can 180 bar pretty well and my 360s are dialed as fuck but i cant put the two together, i really dont know when to throw the bar...
what should i practice them on, i have mostly seen guys do them on hips
ya i agree with mgprider about late bar. i throw mine late. after halfway. but it is all about prefrence if you rather throw early catch and finish spin or spin throw late and land. i prefer the second one
i used to try these all the time and could never land it. then i stopped trying for a couple of days and then i landed one on my 1st attempt of that day and every since then i was dialed till i broke my collar bone.
anyways i throw my bars as soon as i spin catch and finish the spin. id say the best place to learn them is either flat or off a knee high ranged ledge.

ive been trying to do a 360 tailwhip but its kinda hard for me cuz im regular and i naturally spin frontside. so when i do it i have to do like a heel whip. any tips?
i only just got 360 barries and i tried throwing the barrie late and could never get them and then one of my mates said try throwing it straight away and i got it second go after that hope it helps

Also busdrivers help, which is passing the bar from hand to hand rather than letting it spin.
I first learned trucks flat too, for me i spin the bar the same way as im spinning (its just my normal bar) and throw the bar really early, i don't know y its just the way i do them. I guess its pretty good though cause now i can learn a 360 bar to bar easier.
So just keep practicing and concentrate on the spin and just throw the bar-spin whenever your comfortable, you'll get it anyway with practice.
