This is the original moderator application. I think we should take applications for about a week, then submit get like a top 10 that we can decide who can make it.

Of course, no one new will be added before we get an OK from Andrew, unless things get REALLY out of control, but I don't see that happening.

Tdadd was an option, I think. I pm'd him a bit ago asking if he'd be down and he said yeah. I think we should just choose people we think would be good, because there are gonna be so many little shit heads that apply, and it's just gonna be a hassle.

The RAD guys were talking about how he was really legit with his business when I was at cooter con. I've talked to him personally a few times, and he seems like he'd be a good choice for sure. Not positive because I don't talk to him often/notice stuff he does on here, but yeah.

Opinions on Matt Stevenson? He is on SR a ton and definitely knows what is good and what isn't with the sport. The only thing that worries me is I think Nooner has beef with him somehow, but not positive? He would have my vote.

Stevenson would be good, i dont have beef with him. he probably hates me but idc lol. the thing that worries me is I dont think hes gonna be tough enough. I could be wrong but we need people who WILL enforce the rules you know?

Id vote for him we just need to be clear on what he needs to do. maybe make him a regular mod and then if hes doing a good job then upgrade to super mod?

7) How long you have been a member on SR: My current account is from November 2008, but my old one was from April 2008. I also lurked from around October 2007
8) How did you hear about SR: When I started riding, my friend showed me it. We used to go on and look at the main page only, but then I realised there was a forum and joined.
9) Why you think you are qualified to be one of the new moderators: I have been on SR for a little while, know about mods to help people, and think that I would be able to keep the forum clean. I also know what sections threads go in and would clean up the forum by locking stupid threads or threads that have been made a little down the page (such as the scooter section)
10) What is something unique you can offer that no one else can: When I’m not at school, working or riding, I am on the computer so I would be able to help moderate the forums quite alot.
11) Your biggest complaint about SR currently: The amount of drama and the lack or moderators to help keep the drama out.
12) What you like most about SR currently: I like going on to see all of the new videos, as well as seeing updates from companies.
13) Things you think need to be changed on SR: Less drama
14) Your plan for changing these things: Delete posts that are causing drama, lock/delete threads, and if warning people doesn’t do anything, banning them.
