its a proride fork
i ran out of threadless forks and all i have left is a pro ride,
i use scs but i can put a starnut in the fork because the inside is too thick, there is only about a 1/2 hole for the star nut to go in, so what do i do? just advise, not another proride war.

i dont have bars for ics, and i was thinking of useing an ics bolt for my scs
You can still use ics while using scs. Just put the oversized starnut in the bars like you would normally, but put the closer to the lip of the bars. Then just use the cap on the bottom, and you are set. The scs will act as a big headset spacer and a quadclamp.

just put the ICS compression bolt thru from the bottom, put your SCS on and put a locknut on the ICS compression bolt. The ICS will pull the SCS down = compression. No need for starnuts and easy to install.

I won't be going to I.B. on saturday, but I'll be going to chula for a little while. I have a lot of shit going on saturday so I don't want to drive down there. If you come to chula I'll put it together for you.
