hey my injurys are not usaully arms and stuff. i hit my head allllll the time i have been concust twice.

I do have a helmet but it happens when i take my helmet of for five minites lol

dont take the helmet off, i cant talk but i split my head open twice and have had 3 concussions lol, now i wear my helmet always

Yeah i used to wear my helmet all the time, but i usually take it off to flow and air and such, but when it comes to something even slightly risky helmets on man.

I never wear my helmet unless im at a park where I have to. its not a smart decision its just me being a prick. I advise to wear a helmet at all times when you ride. I should but I fallow into the "I ride street and helmets are unacceptable" crowd. lol im dumb but oh well.
