Can't get brake back on.

I have a MGP team edition, and I recently took the brake off to put griptape on, and now I can't get it back on. I just can't get the bolt to the other side, it gets stuck in the spring.

Any ways to get it back on, brakeless sucks :mad:

use an adjustable wrench, open it so that it just barely goes over your spring, press it down and then you bolt should slip through it, then keep pressing it toward your deck really hard and angle you bolt into the other part of your deck. sorry if i didn't explain it good.

That makes sense man, thanks. So all I really need to do is apply pressure? Because this spring is really stiff.

If you're lazy like me then just use a crappy spring and jam a bearing into it once its all in to get it dialed.

Uh, might sound stupid, have you tried spinning it with an allen key? It works for really strong pro mod springs when i do it. lol.

never took the madd one off

Its easier with two people. Get a flat-head screwdriver and push the bolt into the spring with the flat-head. Get your second person to hold the flat-head on the bolt or the spring and hammer the bolt into the other hole.
