Help on choosing a camcorder

Okay so I'm getting a camcorder for Christmas and I was either thinking of getting a Sony HDR CX150 or a Sony HDR CX100.
I was wondering if you guys knew anything about these cameras to help me out, or tell me if there is a better one I can get for the money.
I can get a camcorder up to 540 dollars.

Sony HDR-CX150 has a image stabilizer and its 1920x1080i.
Its a bit more expensive but i would go with it, ;D
