How to make an image a link

Does anyone understand how to do this? Ive fiddled with it for a while with no luck. Im pretty sure its simple. Id like to make the image in my sig a link to east2westscooters.com. Thanks!

Ok so for example heres what i enter to get the picture from imageshack:

.[IMG*]http://img87.imageshack.us/img87/4156/eastlogo.jpg[/IMG][/URL*]

So how would i modify that code to get it to go to east2westscooters.com when you click on the picture. Obviously without the stars in the code.

Or how else would i upload the picture to a sig and be able to edit the code?

I know i fixed it....just had to reupload it to imageshack again...thanks for the help fellas!
