the only reason i dont like the inward tenedors is because they have a weird gap of metal between the top of the fork and where you fork race sits. so it doesn't stay flush with the deck.

Works as a compression ring, bolt pushes it down like an HIC shim but skinnier, it works with standard bars

Sorry I meant how do the bars clamp onto the shim properly
