problem :/

hey,
i used to ride a baby scs with vertx smx forks, and it worked fine and i decided to buy apex forks.
now i put the apex forks on and they wobbled and didnt go tight at all..
so i put locktite in the starnut thread and on the compression bolt and fidled with it to get it right, and i got it perfect and 30 minutes of riding flat.
it has got headshake.
does anyone know what my problem might be ?

what deck u riding?
and maybe u need spacers/or to push the starnut in further/or cut the forks down?

juts humor me and see if a spacer helps, otherwise the clamp might be flexing, get a replacement shim for the clamp and tighten it HARD and see if it still does it

Check the welds at the bottom of your fork/above the wheel, this is what happened when my DSA dominator snapped at the crown race thingy

they are cnc'd?
maybe you need to get a new compression blot cus it may be stripped, then coat it in superglue and tighten to shit... garuanteed wont go loose EVER again ;)

the same problem happend to my brothers friend you need to replace the bolts to ones that dont have the little theath on the head so the head is smooth and then his scooter was fine

If you look on the head of this bolt you can see all of the gruves or lines on the side of the head you need to buy a bolt without these as it let's you tighten the clamp up tighter
