I tried one for the very first time today. I get around but cannot keep my scooter. Whenever the scooter goes flying the rotatn messes up and the flair arent consistent sometime i get around some time i get upside down and dip. Any tips on how to fix this problem?

Make sure you lean and pull back, try not to focus on looking while your upside down but try and spot your landing once you're coming around.
Just make sure you keep your hands on your bars and hold on tight.

I do them awkwardly weird. I lean sideways instead of back. So i already do look while pulling back. When i did them it didnt feel like a flair, i was expecting to see the nothing but i saw the landing as soon as i did the flair. Is that normal? And people were telling me if i held on i would have for a fact LANDED it, but i just couldnt it felt like if i held on i wouldnt have rotated the whole way.

You just gotta practice the motion of the flair really, just try and do a briflip but keep your feet on kinda.
The only reason you see the landing right when you throw the flair is either, you're flipping sooper fast or you're doing something wrong, flairs don't take that long to come around so it really shouldn't be that much of a problem.
You just gotta keep with the motion and see how close you can make it, once you know how much you gotta pull off and lean you'll get them forsure.

Haha that should help you alot then, it's pretty much all about commitment to do flips other than the pulling and leaning of course.
