I know i probably sound like a complete moron right now but, heres the deal.
I just bought new slayers, i rode them for a month and now they are getting a bit short because i grew a couple inches (Growth spurt). I really dont want to buy new bars right now, mine are perfect except for the height. Anyway, i have been wanting to go thread-less and compression for a while now and i know that brass knuckles add two inches to your bar height so that would solve that problem. Except i only have enough money for the brass knuckles and the thread-less headset, so my question to you guys is, Is there anyway to get threads off of a threaded fork to make it thread-less? Or, Can you ride compression and thread-less headset with a threaded fork?
