I make bars. Its pretty simple. 1)Get metal. Down tube: standard 1 1/4 or oversized 1 3/8. Cross bar: 7/8. All of the metal should be 1/16 thick. 2)Cut the metal to your desired height and width. 3)Make some sort of holder for the bars that will keep them at a perfect 90 degree angles and not...
