What does pinned forks mean?
It keeps the forklegs from separating from the forktube. An example would be the Frend iD fork. French iD's are 2 separate pieces glued together, and when the glue fails, people pin them together.

The measurements are the exact same as a Brass Knuckle. The guy that made it measured out a regular SCS down to the thousandths on an inch.

The centerpiece on your starnut came loose. You have to drill out the bolt and the stanut, and get new ones.
