it sounds like u have something rattling around in the deck and/or the bearing spacers are to small and need new ones also put a bit of bike tubing in between the brake and deck. if i was there i'd be able to help more

Proto SCS looks abit iffy but not baby scs phoenix or apex they all look super clean and i would feel a lot safer if my bars didnt have a slit in them = a week point
