thank you! im not quite sure if its because the bars are turning on the steertube. is there any other way this could happen? perhaps the headset not being tight enough?

i put my inward bars on. and after doing a single barspin my bars turned. idk if its my clamps or what. do i need to tighten my double clamp and single clamp really tight? it seemed tight enough. please help me out :p Cheers.:)
